I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Good morning, very dear family, I am not sure if others find themselves in this situation but I am going through a "refining" period (in my life) where all the good things (about my health) I am now really polishing up and taking stock of what I "personally" need to do. Polishing up or getting better medical care for or concentrating on evolving my everyday "good" habits into something REALLY good. At 77, I have been putting all the "details (of my physical well-being)" on the "back burner" (for some invisible better time). Today's motto is: No Time Like The Present. - Why not? Instead of procrastinating (I will wait until this or that gets worse... due to lack of money or lack of time or not in the mood) (I think that covers all of my excuses. I want to shine!! This program is really setting me on a very good path of continuing to grow and be proud of what the outcome is producing. I guess I just want to show the good Lord how grateful I am for so many blessings...for me, the first place to start is with loving my body in a kind and compassionate way. Doing that by taking very good care of this body. No sitting around and "whinging," like a baby needing attention....It's time to show myself just how much living the life of love means to me, and not being afraid (or fearful) to show this on the outside. For today, I am facing the facts that there is a time for being humble and a time for standing up, strong, and living my truth. How odd I have been sharing so much of this with my children (grown adults) or friends, but forgot to consider I need to take my own medicine too. There is a time, place, and season for all things. I believe we all have it within ourselves to take this loving challenge. Healing those around us helps humanity to heal, and it all starts with us (as individuals). I want to take this opportunity to tell the people who comment on my posts, thank you all so much for your feed-back. I read everything each day. I learn so much from each of you. As I see a day-to-day improvement with each of you as well as myself, I want to thank everyone for their commitment to a better and fuller life. Your radiance is proof that living a life of self-love really works. I look forward to reading your posts today. As always, God bless each of you on your journey.

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Steak video for interest. 🤪

Do you do better with short or long term goals?

Canceling The Livestream 😭

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.

I had a relaxing evening in the hotel 😂😂 I went out to eat and walked at an incline in the hotel gym. I'll get some walks in today during some of my calls.

I went to In-n-Out after work for my late lunch, my go-to for quick eating out, but I know it's not an option for a large portion of the country.

We all know it's cheaper and cleaner to eat at home, but sometimes eating out is either necessary or just fun. I thought it would be fun to share today, what is your go-to place to eat out? What is your typical order?

I’m here. 😁 Summer school is super stressful (the worst of today was a bowl of cereal with milk thrown at a teacher and dot markers on their face) and I just got busy with walks and cleaning and such. I drove up to northern WI with the 2 dogs and have until Friday afternoon alone. 🥰 I am regrouping, refocusing on my goals. (No school tomorrow or Friday and the last 2 days will be Monday and Tuesday).
I listened to that YouTube about sugar that one of you posted with Tim somebody and one thing he said was that caffeine and sugar cravings go hand in hand. True! That’s what I’ve been struggling!!! And that sugar cravings aren’t the taste of it- it’s the dopamine and that we most likely use it to calm/sooth a trauma- big or little “t”. It made me think about my past and I now see a few things that brought me to my sugar addiction/disordered eating.
I don’t want to make this long but I am committing to 90 days of no carbs/sugar/stevia/caffeine/alcohol/dairy beginning ...

Started my fast last night at 9 p.m. Anyone else fasting today?
Sam's haul is done. Today is my last work day until next Wednesday!! 😁🤩. I have a chiropractor appointment and will do a WM run and then tmw the final clean. Friday morning I will bake the cookies and they'll be here early afternoon.
My NN is to stay away from the bad carbs. Plenty of meat on the menu.
Have a happy Wednesday!!
