I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Steak video for interest. 🤪

Do you do better with short or long term goals?

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Canceling The Livestream 😭

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.

Nathaniel's Medium Rare Pepperonis

Nathaniel has perfected what he calls "Medium Rare" Pepperoni chips. For a more crispy texture leave them in for one minute..but he thinks 55 seconds is the perfect chewy/crunchy texture.

Happy Saturday!! We are headed to a little local farmers market this morning and there are tons of yard sales happening in the neighborhood this weekend we will probably check out. Since the weather will be nice we will probably go for a hike this afternoon too.

For breakfast we are having the beef bacon I found at Sam's Club along with some eggs. We are going to grill some New York Strips for lunch, and we promised the kids they could roast hot dogs over the fire tonight for supper.

What are you eating today?

Not everyone's kind of humor, but I thought it was funny.

Happy Friday!! I am very excited for a long weekend off work with Monday being Memorial Day. I know for many people school ended this week also. Does this weekend feel like the start of summer for you? Since we homeschool and got a later last fall we'll probably keep doing school for a while longer but we kind of just go year round and take breaks when we want.

We drove up to the cabin last night to avoid the holiday traffic today. Our plan is to stay until Tuesday or Wednesday, it's in the 70s here while it's over 100 back in Phoenix. We already spent the evening playing games and went for a long family walk together. Looking forward to lots of family adventures this weekend.

Do you get a long weekend? What are your plans for the weekend?
