I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Steak video for interest. 🤪

Do you do better with short or long term goals?

Thursday, March 5th

Happy Thursday!! I had a conversation with a co-worker/friend yesterday, she's been really tracking her macros and eating very strict currently to try to lean out. She's somebody who's very active and works out everyday and goes for runs on top of that, but she's focusing really hard right now on weight loss and reducing inflammation. She made a joke about how she hasn't eaten dessert in weeks and it's been so sad. I asked her how she was handling that? 😂😂

She said, " Yes, it's been so disappointing, but I heard a quote recently that said you can either be disappointed now that you're not having a treat, or you could be disappointed later that you gave in or didn't hit your goals.".

Expecting to not feel any disappointment or grief in giving up some of those desserts or processed foods that we used to have is unrealistic, but we have to realize that having those foods is not a win either. We likely are going to feel disappointed that we gave in to them or we're going to ...

I have started back 2 weeks ago and have lost 10# and feel 60% better.
I had gastric bypass surgery in 2001 so I have a problem with eating steak but last night at had a ribeye and only ate 1/2 of it and had the rest of it cold for breakfast and it is easier for me to eat when it is cold.l(left over)

I fell off track after valentines and my son's birthday in the same week. I had bought him cupcakes and then his step mother gifted him cupcakes as well. So we had more cupcakes than we knew what to do with. I think there is still one in the fridge... Having a little trouble getting going again. Been trying to stay keto to ease back into it, but i need to just jump back in completely. I realized that I hadn't had a migraine since before I started my keto/carnivore until I had one shortly after I fell off plan.

I have the day off today and finally made it to Costco. I don't go often as it's not extremely close to me and it gives me a lot of anxiety with the crowds that are usually there. Got a LOT of chicken and a few steaks, and some precooked bacon, as we love it, but I don't always like cooking it.

In the market for a new air fryer but didn't like the options available at costco. My old ninja grill and air fryer that i loved and used daily died after several years. I tried ...
