I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

My "anniversary post" otherwise known as "my wake up call"...For those of you struggling and not seeing results, please know that things will change for the better. It takes time. In July 2023 I was told I was pre-diabetic. My fasting glucose was 117 and my A1C was 6.4. I weighed 246lbs and wore a tight size 24 jean and 3x shirt. I was tired, bloated, gassy, had IBS, indigestion and just plain miserable. I have fought my weight ever since I went through puberty. I knew lower carb worked and had tried it a couple of times, but I never stayed with it.....food, carbs, addiction whatever you want to call it, always won. I always found an excuse until that doctor appointment and then it hit home. I was going down the path so many of my relatives did...diabetic, overweight, possibly losing feet...I decided right then that I HAD to do something. I started Keto and lost some weight and then it slowed, I went low-carb, lost more weight but still wasn't feeling the greatest. I found @Lauraespath and @ChrisSpath on Youtube and saw how they had transformed their lives. I was watching the food and "what I eat in a day" videos and jumped in ! Things started out great and then I realized I needed to exercise to build lean muscle and just because it is good for me to do. Thanks to @Veebs , I jumped in to the exercise realm she was in. I have also started to incorporate fasting. I will never stop this way of eating and I am always tweaking and experimenting with what works for me. There is food that I know I can never eat again if I want to continue feeling good. I grieved it and moved on. My last weigh in was at the beginning of July and I was 181 BUT I am able to wear a size 12 or 14 jean (depends on the brand) and a size L-XL shirt. I ditched the scale for July because the number doesn't matter. The last photo was from May when I bought a pair of size 12 jeans 😀. I used to cry in fitting rooms because of having to buy bigger clothes...now I cry because I am buying smaller ones !!

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Steak video for interest. 🤪

Do you do better with short or long term goals?

Canceling The Livestream 😭

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.

Monday, July 21st

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Are you feeling good this Monday morning? I know many people have been talking about struggling lately. As of today we have 10 days left in the month, it is a great time to set some short term goals and get yourself back mentally focused.

What is one simple non-negotiable goal you can set for the next 10 days to help give you some daily wins and build some momentum? Remember to keep it very simple and make it something easy to accomplish that will have a big impact in getting you back on track.

We can chat more tonight on the Livestream.

Hello everyone. I made it home safely 😊

For those that remember, I went to South Dakota a few weeks ago and marked something off of my bucket list. I have been a huge Laura Ingalls Wilder fan ever since I was a child and I finally got to see various locations in the area where she lived with her family. I went with my cousin (my camping buddy) and we drove there with an overnight camp each way. Although she had an airbnb for her family, I still stayed in my truck. It is nice and quiet in there and I always sleep really well. The waterfall and tree are at Sioux Falls...the rocks are pink and I just loved it ! She has more pictures, but I don't have them yet. I am so grateful for finding this way of eating...I wouldn't have had the energy to do this !
