I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Good morning and happy Saturday, tribe.

It's been a good week for me but I am exhausted. New job, with a higher physical demand and way less down time. I have not been checking any social media. I have been coming home to take a shower and sleep. Waking up and repeating. The good news is that even though I did have a really bad day out of carnivore I still managed to lose a pound. The day after the 4th of July, we went to town and I gave into ice cream from Baskin Robbins. I have been fighting my cravings and back pain ever since. Today I am off and will be finally off for 4 days. I tried to catch up here and read all of you but I was away for 7 or more days, so I gave up.

The kids will be here for a few days. They will go to Missouri with their dad to visit family and I will go back to work. So I will keep my meals simple. Burguers, bacon, pork belly, sausages, eggs and pickles. I can eat like that everyday 😋.

Hoping for a good Saturday for all of you.

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Steak video for interest. 🤪

Do you do better with short or long term goals?

Canceling The Livestream 😭

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.

Happy Saturday!! The kids both had an amazing time this week at their camps, Nathaniel was at a robotics camp and Penelope had a theatre camp. This is the first weekend in a while we haven't had many plans. I have a short work trip next week again so we mostly just plan to take it easy today and hang out as a family. We have a couple good meals planned this weekend and I am volunteering to tomorrow at church as well. I need to film a YouTube video this weekend but not sure yet what to make it about. What are your plans this weekend?

I will do a Livestream Monday evening here in Locals for supporters.

Camping meals night 2! Kids had burritos bowls for breakfast, leftover burger patties for lunch (kids enjoyed a ham/turkey sandwich on sourdough I bought at the farmers market), dinner was steaks!! For snacks we brought jerky and fruit for the kids. Happy to say all the fruit is gone. Our 7 yo I am pretty sure ate all the bacon single handed...lol
