I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Happy Sunday! If you didn't know TikTok was banned last night, I have never had a TikTok account so it doesn't affect me at all, but I do know it's impacting a lot of people. Were you on TikTok at all? Apparently there are rumors Trump will allow them to extend operations for 90 days until they workout a long term plan once he takes office on Monday. We don't make things political in this group but it will be very interesting to see how things change overall with the new administration. We already see things shifting with the banning of Red 3, and hopefully we can get the rest of the food dyes out of our foods soon! And I think the Make America Healthy Again movement is going to really start building some positive momentum.

Today we are making my favorite meal, the skirt steak, chicken thighs, and shrimp on the griddle. Thankfully I am still off work tomorrow for the holiday, I am excited to catch up with everyone on a Monday night Livestream at 4pm pst/7pm est (since it's a holiday we'll start a little earlier). Have a great day!!

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Wednesday! I'm headed to Denver today for a work trip. This trip starts the next 4 weeks where I'm going to be traveling to four different cities teaching some all-day training sessions in each of the different cities. The plan is to basically train the entire company over the next month. 😬🙃 Wish me luck! 🤪

Thankfully though, these are all cities that I have traveled to often before and I'm good about staying on track with my food when I travel. I even look forward to hitting up some of my favorite restaurants that are in these cities where I know I have great carnivore options. I'll bring some food with me as a backup as well, but I'm not worried since it's all places I'm familiar with my food options.

What are you eating today? Post down below!! Remember that no matter how simple something seems to you, it can give somebody else a really good idea, so it's always fun to share!

Good Evening y'all!! I haven't posted my meals for a couple of days because not sure how to log them. But here's what I have been having on repeat with the exception of the mexican restaurant nachos without the chips.
I have been eating bacon, my morning coffee except this morning. I'm currently out of raw milk and equip protein powder. So when I do make coffee again it will be with coconut milk. I know it's not carnivore but it doesn't upset my stomach and I have it. So I'm gonna use it.
Also I have been eating breakfast burritos or tacos made with egglife wraps, eggs, bacon bits, and dubliner cheese by kerrygold.
Today for lunch it was the leftover nachos minus the chips from the mexican restaurant and homemade buffalo style chicken wings with some blue cheese dressing.
Tonight we had tacos out of egglife wraps, taco meat with bettergoods mild taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green salsa.
We're going for a walk again in the morning before it gets to hot.
Currently the ...

Today I went to acupuncture and took my son to an allergy appointment. I picked up tacos for him and fixed a ribeye for myself.

This evening, we worked in the basement to get rid of toys my son has outgrown. The back of my car is full of toys and we are sharing them with one of our pastor’s preschool age children. We also collected three bags of trash.

Lab test results have been popping in.

Cholesterol 276
Triglycerides 63
HDL 67
VLDL 12

LDL direct 180
Cholesterol/HDL ratio 4.1
Homocysteine 10.4
Vitamin D 50.1
Ferritin 227
Apo A 172
CRP 14

My ferritin has been very high for over a year, so I will donate blood to help that situation.

Otherwise, I will increase fasting to reduce inflammation and consistently take my methylated vitamins. They are expensive so I have not taken them daily, but I will.

She forgot to add fasting insulin which is a bummer. My last A1C was 5.0 so it has increased slightly from last year.

I am including pictures for accountability. The deviled eggs and turkey were ...
