I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

We had such a good time yesterday at the Healing Humanity event. Chris did such a good job on his talk, very proud of him. It's always so fun to meet so many people in real life. The dinner after at the Brazilian steakhouse was chaos but very fun! I didn't get many pictures so if anyone else got some feel free to post them. I shared pictures from some of the other people that spoke.

Today we are going to church and then after that I am going to try and do NOTHING for the rest of the day. I had a really long week at work and just need one day of rest before this busy upcoming week. My Mom also flies home early this morning and is going back to snowstorms so please send her some warm prayers for safe travels. Anything we can be praying for you for today?

*Reminder the Livesream this week will be Thursday evening.

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

It sounds like such a terrible problem to have if you're still losing, but maintenance can be a tough place to hang on to. For me, a couple times a year, like around vacations or holidays, I start to see the scale creep up a little. That's when I'll go beast mode to get right back to baseline. For the past week I e been trying to slightly moderate meal size, and completely eliminate eating outside of my meal. So far success. Since my calories are low, I won't keep it up long; I'll then cycle back into large emails again. So far so good. Below is lunch today. A small steak and a couple burger patties.

If you're in maintenance, do you find this pattern? What's your strategy to get right?

Happy Tuesday!! Most of you know how much we love Fogo de Chao, the all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse. We went for the first time when I was pregnant with Penelope, we loved it long before Carnivore (we used to eat all the carbs before though). Once we went carnivore it was just such a great deal that it quickly became one of our favorite places for a special meal out. The kids were free for a lot of years and we definitely got our money's worth as a family! Even better that they do special military discounts and coupons etc. We got to know the staff at our Scottsdale location and the kids would bring our favorite servers flowers and Christmas gifts.

The only downside is that the closest one to us was always 45 minutes away. Fortunately (or unfortunately 😂), next week they're opening one 10 minutes from our house. 🎉🎉 We are so excited, however, prices have gone up a lot there in the last 12 years so we certainly aren't going to be going there as often as we would like....

Good Morning family!! Yesterday I ended up going to get that ribeye loin. What I love most is they will cut them for you for free!! Such a great service. I enjoyed 3 of the funky thin end cuts for lunch and a beef rib with eggs for dinner.

I stopped at my local Amish store to get some sliced cheese for the kids and I noticed they have beef tallow. Read it comes from a vegetable oil factory I can't help but think it's not 100% beef tallow. Luckily I have plenty still in my freezer from our beef.

It was a beautiful sunrise today over the corn.I have been very consistent doing a low impact exercise video in the mornings then going out to sit while the sun comes up drinking coffee. It is my reward! Sorry for the crazy hair it's still 6am and I think today will be a pool day.
