I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

We had such a good time yesterday at the Healing Humanity event. Chris did such a good job on his talk, very proud of him. It's always so fun to meet so many people in real life. The dinner after at the Brazilian steakhouse was chaos but very fun! I didn't get many pictures so if anyone else got some feel free to post them. I shared pictures from some of the other people that spoke.

Today we are going to church and then after that I am going to try and do NOTHING for the rest of the day. I had a really long week at work and just need one day of rest before this busy upcoming week. My Mom also flies home early this morning and is going back to snowstorms so please send her some warm prayers for safe travels. Anything we can be praying for you for today?

*Reminder the Livesream this week will be Thursday evening.

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Monday!! We had a very exciting weekend of course with the arrival of Angus. 🐕 Things are going well so far, be prepared to be sick of puppy pictures. 😂 My Mom is leaving today, the kids are going to be starting back homeschool after a couple weeks off, and we are going to be really dialed into a routine to help get the puppy settled. The Spaths love a well structured day so bring it on! 😂

How was your weekend? Things go according to plan? What is your non-negotiable for the week ahead? Reminder I am doing a Livestream tonight at 7pm est/4pm PST (4pm AZ time now). See you then!

No warning Locals, just boop and she's gone! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I listened to the live while I walked/did house chores. I loved it. It was too much to comment so I thought I would make a post.
(1) Our German shepherd eats I would say half raw half kibble. She gets a raw cup a day but the kibble is there in case she is extra hungry. She is our outside guard dog (really she will love you if you pet her). She brings back all sorts of bones/dead animals/who knows what just to chew on.
(2) Working in a school cafeteria...for a small country school in nw ohio. We have talked a lot about the new guidelines and such. Our issue is budget. Everything we currently get is processed/canned veggies/canned fruit. The older kids get to buy cookies/chips/drinks if wanted. We would love to cook more homemade meals but they would have to increase the budget. Meat is expensive, extra help that would be needed is expensive. Currently everything is free if they get a meat/grain, veggie or fruit. Tomorrow is nacho day and the meat is in a bag that will be cooked in the ...
