I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

I weighed in today and I’m down 4.6 lbs from January 1. The bloating and extra water weight is almost back to where I was before the week of Christmas Eve when my choices wavered.
Do people share their actual weight here for accountability or is it upsetting for others that may have more to lose? Or is it inspiring to others?
I plan to eat breakfast and lunch and do a 24 hour fast and eat after church tomorrow.

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Well, so far 2026 has been full of some very crazy news—an overnight war, fraud, and all kinds of horrors in the world. I haven't even been able to keep up with the news over the past week, and at times have been actively avoiding it.

However, no matter what side of the political aisle you are on, I think we can count yesterday's news as a huge win! If you've been online, I'm sure you've seen it... the USDA/HHS rolled out new Dietary Guidelines with a revamped food pyramid. And shockingly, it's literally the old food pyramid flipped on its head: small amount of grains, and mostly protein/meat, dairy, vegetables, and healthy fats. 🎉🎉🎉

Many of us don't have to abide by these guidelines, so it doesn't matter to us personally, but places like schools, hospitals, nursing homes (all serving our most vulnerable citizens) have to follow them for meals. This is something that will positively affect generations to come and help children grow up being taught to limit carbs and fill ...

B: Just Crack a Egg Meat Lovers
L: About 2 ozs each of Fajita Chicken and Beef with a little cheese dip topped with a little salsa
S: Mozz string cheese
D: 8 Chicken Wings

I know I’m under eating and am trying to figure out how to fix that. I’m on Monjaro for my T2D and it really kills my appetite!

Happy Wednesday! I love seeing everybody post their days for accountability, that's one of the things that Amy and I talked about in my video I shared yesterday. If you haven't watched it yet, we discussed a lot about one of the key elements in being successful long term is having solid accountability. And even if you don't have people in your family or in your household that are doing carnivore with you, there are great resources hopefully where you can share and not feel so alone. ❤️❤️❤️

How is your household (or family and friends), are others eating like you? Do you feel like you're the only one in your life that is eating this way or trying to make improvements in their health? Or do you have a good support system around you in real life?

Hopefully regardless you feel supported here and in other places online and know that you're not in this alone. 🥰
