I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Alright guys. I haven’t been on the locals app for quite some time. Was doing so good on strict carnivore! Then came December. Completely off the rails a couple of times now. Those few times of eating off plan and I’ve gained 16 LBS!!! ☹️🤮 I decided to come back to the group because I need your support to kick my butt in gear again! All that hard work for 10 months down the drain in a few days!

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Sunday, Aug 31st

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Friday, July 17th

Happy Friday! Here is the recent YouTube interview I did for someone else's channel. It was fun because I felt like she asked me a lot of questions that I don't normally get asked. Sharing the link below. I hope you have a wonderful Friday!!

Good Morning Y'all!! I'm still doing well eating. But sleep has been terrible until last night. Last night I was hungry close to bed time. So I ate something. I slept better than I have in several months. I know the rule of thumb is stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. I'm going to try this eating something small before bed and see if it continues to help me sleep better. If so this may help change my life drastically. I feel rested today for the first time in a couple of years. Is there anyone else that has done this or am I a lone wolf in this area? Blessings!!

Hi all! I just rejoined and wanted to reintroduce myself. My name is Meg and I live in the Tampa area. I am a homeschool mom of 5...my youngest is 4 months old! I have been carnivore off and on for years but I am a horrible self sabotager. I am hoping this group will give me some support and accountability to get me through the tough times. I watched a video about carnivore and the gut microbiome recently and I think I finally understand why I always seem to have difficulty at certain points (always the 3 week mark in particular!) and hopefully with this knowledge I can push through! I feel completely physically depleted after this last pregnancy. I was insulin dependent and felt awful and it felt like looking into my future if I can't get my health under control. I'm looking forward to spending time with all of you! And I thought this group might appreciate these butter school supplies I found at Walmart 😅
