I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Happy Friday evening Family!
I spent the day alone in our office space, which was nice. I finished my tasks for the week, attended a Zoom and then spent the afternoon watering plants and reading.
The grandkids came out after work and we played Legos.
The rest of the evening was talking to DS1, making supper and planning our daytrip tomorrow with best friends.
I am finally out of the kitchen and ready for bed very soon!
Hope everyone is doing great on their goals.

Fresh air/sunshine/exercise/sleep

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Wednesday!! Thanks to those that joined the Livestream last night, it was a fun one. Today is the last day of September, tomorrow we can set new non-negotiable goals for October. One last piece thing to think about before we do that, based on what went well and where you got stuck for September. What is one thing you want to do differently for October? Any temptations this month you foresee? Will Halloween be an issue for you? We want to make sure our non-negotiable goals are realistic, so looking ahead to the upcoming month and understanding what setbacks might occur, can help us set some realistic goals to help us avoid them.

Think about the month ahead, what will be most challenging for you?

YouTube Livestream Tonight

Happy Tuesday!! Wow I LOVED reading your wins for September yesterday!! If you didn't post yours yet, go back and share. And if you need some encouragement, go read what everyone shared on that post about what they were able to accomplish in just one month! 🎉🎉

We know not everyday day or every month can be perfect, we accomplish our long term goals by acknowledging what went wrong, and LEARNING from it!! We have to stop having the same setbacks over and over again. So let's talk about where you got stuck in September! Tomorrow we can talk about how to fix it, today is just about identity where you had setbacks, and more importantly WHY they happened. The more we understand WHY we had setbacks, the more we can learn from them and stop repeating them! ❤️❤️

YouTube Livestream tonight at 8pm EST (5pm PST)! Hope you can make it.

Good Evening Y'all!! I had a really rough day. I have had lower back pain and right foot pain all day. I've had lower back issues for years. But this right foot issue started in May after a week at the beach. It has progressively gotten worse. So I'm waiting for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor that specializes in feet. Prayers would be appreciated. I got to much going on to be down. I had an New York Strip tonight for dinner. It's been nice to have steak. We haven't had any in a while. We usually eat steak at least once sometimes twice a week. Blessings!!
