I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

I'm taking my mom out this weekend for Mothers Day, and she always wants to go to Olive Garden. A while ago I learned there were a few things I could eat there.

I usually get their 6oz sirloin (without the "butter" and herb crap they put on it). You can substitute out the pasta, so I usually will get the asparagus (I only eat a few stalks); I'll ask for a side of grilled shrimp, as well as a side of Italian sausage. Boom. Decent dinner at a pasta place.

Happy Mothers Day this weekend to all who celebrate.

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Sunday, Aug 31st

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Friday, May 8th

Happy Friday!! I am planning on filming a bit of a "day in the life" video today, just outlining my current schedule and what I have been eating lately. Just showing a typical work day with my job, and exercise, and food, (+Angus) etc.

What does a typical week day look like for you? What time do you get up, exercise, eat, etc? I love seeing other people's schedules/routines. 😂🥰

Day 14 of carnivore and today is definitely not how I imagined this week going. 😅

I took a bad fall yesterday afternoon and ended up in the ER getting x-rays to make sure nothing was broken. Thankfully nothing appears broken — just a really sore shoulder and arm. I don’t think there’s a tear, but I’m going to physical therapy Tuesday to get checked out further.

When I got home from the hospital last night and got settled on the couch, I honestly wasn’t hungry… but I still ate. Looking back, I can see it was more of a comfort reaction than true hunger.

One of my Beast mode goals had been to go a week without cheese. I made it - yesterday was 7 days, so I was going to try to keep going but last night I had some cheese. What I really wanted was a giant bowl of roasted salted nuts and a diet soda. 😬

And honestly? I’m proud that in the middle of pain, exhaustion, stress, and emotion, I still caught myself before going fully off plan.

Today I fasted until noon pretty easily since I...

Good morning, I'm looking for suggestions on alternatives for coffee. I'm trying to break my coffee/caffeine habit. I used to be a few cups of coffee extra cream and extra sugar. I'm down to 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbs of cream.
Any suggestions? I've tried tea and so far that's not doing it for me.
Has anyone tried bone broth with some butter? A good bone broth to try? Thanks for the help!
