I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Friday Morning, March 13th, 2026.

I didnt post accountability for yesterday as I was feeling super terrible by evening. But here I am, and after some honest reflection, I am realizing that because I have been feeling so crummy off and on for the past month that I have become really weak towards carby comfort foods. I believe it's is likely a self-perpetuating cycle and that I need a better plan (and a stronger resolve) if Im going to break the cycle.

This morning I planned out food for today and logged it into Carb Manager. As long as I eat what is there I will be ok. (Pictured)

If I wind up eating more, as long as it is carnivore, I will call it a win.

I have another very full couple of days ahead. Prepping for a huge day tomorrow: 2 studio sessions tomorrow morning followed by a Bridal Show about an hour from home in the afternoon. It seems a little crazy to have scheduled it all the same day, but we are putting together an ad for our Motherhood sessions for Mother's Day and its time sensitive...and only last week we did we decide to attend the Bridal Show so now its a suoer big day. That will hold challenges all its own ... but today Im just gonna focus on today.

I will touch base before bed to let you know how it went. Have a great day everyone!

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Sunday, Aug 31st

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Accountability--ate 2...yes 2 Delmonico steaks this morning for breakfast. I felt soooo satisfied. I never eat 2 but tomorrow is Friday so it's fasting day. I keep thinking I am hungry...but I am not. I just love food and eating. I feel like that is the biggest struggle. Sunday we are traveling 3hrs away (6hr round trip) to Columbus for my boys to shoot at the State Archery Tournament. I am making a mental list of road trip snacks. Hard boiled eggs, burger patties, bacon, and maybe some cream cheese filled ham roll ups as a little treat.

Thursday, March 12th

Happy Thursday! I love that "eating protein" has become so popular, and women especially are understanding the value and importance of eating a lot of protein. However, similar to Keto, companies see these food movements and rush to capitalize on it. Now in addition to endless varieties of protein bars, you can now find protein cereal, protein yogurt, protein pop tarts, protein WATER, and yesterday at Costco I saw Protein donuts.

Unfortunately the protein values are usually just marketing and when you dig into the labels the macros are just as terrible as their ingredients. And even worse these types of foods usually only increase cravings and prolong food addiction. Not to mention they are usually so full of fiber and artificial sweeteners that they make you feel terrible.

I wish people understood how much better they would feel, and healthier they would be, if they ditched those foods and just ate actual bioavailable protein...meat!!

Have you ever tried these new types of...
