I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Good morning. I have only been back into carnivore for a week and already ate offf at my sons baby shower last night. But I am picking up and moving on. It’s been a long time since I have posted on here and I want here long. It’s been a real struggle for me, a four year one to be exact. I know I need this way of life and I am really drawn to Laura her husband and and this community. I have been bing watching the lives. I love how real everyone is here. I am going to attempt to post more in here and see if perhaps it helps my own accountability. I hope everyone has a great day and depending on where you are stay save and warm!

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Happy Sunday! I am not sure how much ice/snow we got where I am last night (I am writing this the night before). But we officially decided to move our conference start time back to Tuesday so yesterday was pretty chaotic trying to adjust everything AGAIN. Who know what changes might end up happening today as well. It's been very stressful but I am trying to be the "calm one" to help my coworkers/team not be stressed out. (I can only show you guys my true stress 🤪). Trying to avoid stress eating has been hard. I was chomping gum all last evening trying to avoid snacking. Thankfully I brought all my own food so I don't have any "bad" foods to tempt me, but still it took all my tactics to not eat all the food I brought in one day.😂

How are you holding up with stress eating this weekend? Are you someone that eats when you're dressed or doesn't eat?

I’m still here. I try to catch Laura’s morning daily posts and respond but I’ve been slacking. As I have been mentioning, I have been frustrated with this stall. I really hate tracking but I need to start to see where I’m at. I think I will just have a few go to meals and stick with them so I don’t need to measure much.
I’ll share here for accountability. As you can probably tell, I’m good at starting new things but not so good at follow-through.

I don’t know if this would affect the scale but I have been struggling with negativity- my thoughts are not positive, I’m obsessing and worrying about a few of life’s currant situations. I’m trying so hard to give them to the Lord, trust Him, take control of my thoughts, and practice joy and gratitude.

Happy Saturday! I made it to Texas with no issues, and I was able to get groceries thankfully. It was actually kind of warm here so it was strange to be prepping for a big freeze when it wasn't even very cold. It will be kind of a hectic weekend for me prepping for this conference when we don't know what will happen with the weather. I am just doing my best to not stress eat all my supplies in one day. 🤪😂

What are your plans this weekend?? Stay safe and warm everyone!!
