I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Happy Sunday Night! from the frozen Nor-- I mean Nebraska.
Whoever left the freezer door open, can run and shut it now!

Today we watched church online and basically vegged all day, until chore time.
We were boring but that is quite alright.

Tomorrow I start my new job. At least I think I do. i have had little to no communication with them, except for confirming with the owner/boss that I am indeed, starting Dec. 1st. No emails or calls from HR about on-boarding, so we'll see. I will be there at what I believe is the start time according to my friend who works there. Strangest start of a new job I've ever had.

I'm bringing my lunch since I'm not sure of hours and how long I get for lunch, plus I'm not sure of parking situation or what the streets are like. Last job I sort of had a designated parking space/area.

So with that tomorrow, I'm off to bed soon. Just wanted to check in. Sweet Dreams

Accountability

Fresh air/sunshine/exercise/sleep

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Happy Sunday! It is the last day of Novmember! We are officially smack in the middle of "the Holidays" and tomorrow is December 1st. Yesterday was a day to celebrate on the wins for the past month and today we reflect on our setbacks. Not to confess or feel shame, but to learn from them. When we understand how we got off track or why we were tempted, we can learn from them and avoid making those same mistakes in the future.

What were your setbacks in November and what can you do differently in December to avoid the same ones?

*Reminder, Livestream in Locals Monday at 7pm est.

Happy Saturday! We are headed back down the mountain today, hoping to avoid holiday traffic plus we want to be at our church tomorrow. What are your weekend plans?

Can you believe Monday is the first of December already! We are going to blink and it will be 2027. Let's do some reflection today and tomorrow on how November went. What was the best thing that happened for you in November? Biggest win we can celebrate with you?

**Also I'll do a Livestream here in Locals for Supporters on Monday at 7pm est to kick off December.

This meal is helping me so much get over meat fatigue. This meet is the diced steak that I got from Gordon’s restaurant supply. it is incredibly tender and seasoned with just salt. It’s like heaven in a bowl.
