I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Sunday, Aug 31st

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Saturday, Jan 18th

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Saturday, Oct 18th

Happy Saturday! Thanks for those that popped into the Livestream on YouTube last night. I'll do another stream here in Locals on Monday evening.

The kids and Chris have an event today at jiu jitsu this morning and will be gone for a few hours, which means I get a quiet morning home alone! 🙌🏼😂 I am going to go for a long walk and work on editing my video. Then we plan to go check out a new carniceria grocery store/restaurant for lunch. They advertise some AMAZING looking pork belly that reminds us of what we had in Spain. I'll make sure to take pictures!

What are your plans for this weekend?

This was all so delicious!! Crispy pork belly, carnitas, carne asada, and then marinaded pork belly. And all this meat was under $40.

Happy Saturday evening Family!
Busy day but the worst day on the farm is better than the best day at the office.
Not that it was bad by any stretch. Slept until 8 a.m., then we got started on our prospective jobs.
I was to the field once to bring home the Ranger, then later this afternoon to help bring trucks, etc to the next field and for a ride to the elevator.
At home I did laundry, put away the empty planters, played with my houseplants and watered what needed it.
In the kitchen I separated and vac-sealed a family pack of wings; am dehydrating apple slices for Littles' snacks; make 18 burger patties and flash-freezing them for lunches. Took chicken thighs, salmon and brats also from the freezer for dinners this week. There will be burgers and steaks also and possibly a shredded beef stoup.

Meals were coffee x4 (I know!) Then canned fish, pepperonis and a few pork rinds for M2. M3 was a big bacon cheeseburger and some AF shrimp.

Yes to the fresh air/sunshine-clouds/exercise.

Hope ...
