I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Thursday, Sept 11th

I am feeling some profound sadness today. There have been so many violent tragic events over the last week, and then the horrific Charlie Kirk assassination yesterday. He was so young and had such young kids, it is so heartbreaking for them.

Today is also the anniversary of the tragic events on Sept 11th, which is another day of sadness and rememberce. None of this is "diet" related, but it is another reminder of why our health matters. Focus on quality time with your family and live your life each day to the fullest. 🙏🏼

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Sunday, Aug 31st

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Saturday, Jan 18th

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Sharing quickly. I'm sick with the respiratory crud. I'm pretty sure I got it from my coworker's wife when I hugged her on Monday. He's in the hospital and she's been there a lot.
I came home yesterday and went immediately to bed. Slept 1.5 hrs. I feel better today but I'm coughing yet. Lots of Vit C, Elderberry, liquids and good nourishing food.
Yesterday's food
M1- coffee & protein shake
M2- chicken salad and wings
M3- taco bowl
@Karas-Stanley, the HWC is now all gone, so I'm back to black coffee. 😬🙏🏻
As I'm feeling better, I'll be cleaning up my eating more also. Just don't have the ambition to cook ahead much.
And I'll be back to rebounding daily. Perhaps today to get the crud up and out of my lungs.
Ok off to work. Have a great day everyone!! 🙌🏻👏🏻👊🏻🫂

Chat with you tonight!

Quickly (of course), we had a great time at the farm show with the boys yesterday. I was not 100% I'm clean, but considering the circumstances I did the best I could. LOTS of walking and pulling a 4yo in the wagon with all the swag. Which I did easily but must have put a rib out in my back. I have a call in to the chiropractor.
And the combine demo has me totally congested. I can't wait for our harvest to start. I won't be able to breathe freely for 2months. 😬🙄🤦🏻‍♀️
Compliant foods consumed were brisket, hot dog, chicken salad and Carn Snax (ribeye).
I'm sure the non-carnivore foods have contributed to my hurting this morning, knee, feet, back, thumbs. So as I told Kristie, I'll be fasting starting Sunday. Time to get back on that wagon and much-much cleaner foods.
Ok, off to see how buried my desk is at work. 😬🙄🫣
