Happy Sunday!! Can you believe that July is almost over!? School started July 16th here in Arizona for public schools (they do a very short summer), but it will still be very hot here for several more months. I know many of you were traveling this past week or are traveling this upcoming week. How have things been going? It's almost time to start recapping July and setting goals for August.

How are you currently feeling? Still in "summer vacation" mode? Needing a reset for August? Are you currently feeling chaotic on a summer schedule or in your normal groove?

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Canceling The Livestream 😭

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.

Ok thought I would share really quick what I have been thinking lately. I’m watching the live from last week while I’m on my lunch break at work and I’m falling into this old trap of “ok tomorrow let’s start a 3 day egg fast or sardine fast ….or just FAST cause you’re out of control!” and I know how that usually ends! I’m just needing to take it one meal, one day at a time here and set my NN each day I wake up. My kids go back to school August 4 and I am just in “go mode” until then. Zero breaks here…exhausted from work and then coming home to kids being so needy….and just not taking enough time for myself to even cook a good meal. I’m going to finish up this replay and get myself psyched to just stay carnivore 💗 hope you guys are all having a good Sunday!

Saturday, July 26th

Happy Saturday! I took the kids to a little community children's theater production last night. Nathaniel was skeptical at first but they both loved it. 😂 Today we are headed to the farmers market this morning, I want to get some duck eggs and look for some new seasonings. We have some plans with family tomorrow but mostly we'll just be going for lots of walks/hikes this afternoon and tomorrow. Taking advantage of the beautiful weather up here!

Hello everyone it’s been awhile, I finally got a job and wrong weekends. ItIt suck’s but it’s work and making money, just a heads up why I haven’t been around. Been hard with the diet but going to be starting again. I been weak at eating right.
