Happy Friday!! Hope you are doing well! I made a dumb move and forgot my laptop charger back at home when we came up to the cabin this morning, so working tomorrow will be a challenge. I drove all over Flagstaff last night and no one sold the one needed. But I'll make it work. Thankfully I don't work Monday or Tuesday next week.
Lunch today is those delicious T-Bones that I bought during my last video, they were on a fantastic sale!! Tomorrow we are going to have some delicious carne asada, I am really excited about that!!

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.

Hoooray Made it again day #6 complete. I ate turkey pepperoni and colby jack cheese and london boil. It ended up turning out pretty good eventhough I wished Walmart would of gotten me the chuck roast I ordered. But they did give me refund for the mess up. Proud my youngest daughter ate more protein today then she has in a long time. She ate cheesey eggs, turkey pepperoni and the london boil. Made me so happy. Praying for another great day tomorrow. Also got 8500 steps in and drank 67oz of water and working on another 33.8oz. So what did you all eat today? Hope you all having a great night

I'm not going to give any food reports. I knowingly ate carbs, but I did not have the bun with my burger tonight , no ice cream this noon and no alcohol today. We did walk a lot a long the river and through the shops.
Tomorrow is the train ride. I'll do my typical coffee and then carnivore Snax for lunch.
I'm getting tired of this off-plan eating. I don't feel horrible, but I don't feel great either. I will be starting a fast on Monday as we head home if anyone wants to join me.
