Happy Monday!! If you can believe it, after one night sleeping in my own bed, I am unfortunately headed out for a work trip for the next few days. Poor timing that was out of my control, but thankfully I was with Chris for the weekend and get to have 24 hours at home with the kids before leaving later this afternoon.

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.
Happy Sunday!! Can you believe that July is almost over!? School started July 16th here in Arizona for public schools (they do a very short summer), but it will still be very hot here for several more months. I know many of you were traveling this past week or are traveling this upcoming week. How have things been going? It's almost time to start recapping July and setting goals for August.
How are you currently feeling? Still in "summer vacation" mode? Needing a reset for August? Are you currently feeling chaotic on a summer schedule or in your normal groove?

I had to share my macros today- can’t get much more on target as this! I’m on a cut until it stops working and then I’ll bump up again. My daughter is bringing my scale today… not sure how it will be since I have not walked my 10,000 steps the past 4 days.. She’s bringing up my dog too which I have learned is how I get my steps! 😁

Ok thought I would share really quick what I have been thinking lately. I’m watching the live from last week while I’m on my lunch break at work and I’m falling into this old trap of “ok tomorrow let’s start a 3 day egg fast or sardine fast ….or just FAST cause you’re out of control!” and I know how that usually ends! I’m just needing to take it one meal, one day at a time here and set my NN each day I wake up. My kids go back to school August 4 and I am just in “go mode” until then. Zero breaks here…exhausted from work and then coming home to kids being so needy….and just not taking enough time for myself to even cook a good meal. I’m going to finish up this replay and get myself psyched to just stay carnivore 💗 hope you guys are all having a good Sunday!
