It's amazing what good weather and some sunshine can do for your overall mindset and well-being. ☀️ ☀️☀️We know how important vitamin D is, which is one of the reasons why the sunshine makes us feel better. In AZ we have sunshine all year round but I used to always get seasonal depression when I was living in Chicago. I would always feel my mood and outlook shift when Spring finally arrived. 🌼 I got these beautiful hydrangeas yesterday to keep in our apartment, they make me smile.
Is it Springtime where you live? I know many of already you get out and enjoy your daily walks. I would encourage everyone to take a walk today and tomorrow, see what that does for your mood/energy. How can you find ways to be outside and feel the sunshine the next couple days even if you aren't able to walk. Or find some flowers to put where you are and remind you that Spring is here and all you have to be grateful for.
I know @IvonneD is recovering from surgery and can't walk right now so walk a few extra steps for her today. 🥰🥰 We are praying for you Ivonne. ❤️❤️
Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Happy Tuesday! I had a bunch of blood work done yesterday, it's been almost a year since I went to see my naturopath and had some initial blood work done. We were going to recheck everything earlier this year but with my surgery we just kept putting it off. So now we are rechecking all my hormones etc to see how things have changed. I'll keep you posted when I get the results in a couple weeks.

Being part of the 5am club for 2nd day... although it's hard to get out of bed God paints a beautiful sunrise. First mini walk. I will get plenty of steps in at school today and we have boyscouts tonight so I will walk during that as well.

23 hours into my fast. I've been drinking plenty of LMNT.
We cut more limbs here at our house and Farmer took them to the ditch with the tractor. We had 5 brush piles. There is still one left he cannot get to until the yard dries out.
I heading to bed early tonight. Chiropractor tomorrow and I'm looking forward to chicken thighs and a burger or steak bites.
