I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Sunday, Aug 31st

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Tuesday, June 30th

Happy Tuesday!! And the last day of the month. If you didn't share your win on yesterday's post, go take a minute to do that, and read some of the awesome success stories from people that shared. It's so inspiring to hear how other people are improving their health!

Today let's talk about where you've gotten stuck this year. As a reminder, this isn't to confess or feel shame, it's simply to identify why you have gotten off track so that you are able to make adjustments moving forward to help you learn and be more successful. Then tomorrow we can focus on the steps that we're going to take in order to do things differently.

Where have you gotten stuck this year so far? Or what has been your biggest struggle?

Quickly on a work break. Mercy it's hot! As I was out dripping last evening, I wondered why @Lauraespath likes saunas so much and why you don't just go outside in the AZ heat? 🤔
Today is beefer to the processor day! Again I am so grateful for this blessing.
Prepped food last evening. Made IP eggs for lunches and to make tuna & chicken salads.
Marinated chicken thighs in some Primal kitchen dressing I needed to use up. Cooked them in the air fryer. Made some chaffles. And cleaned out the freezer for hubby's supper, sloppy joes on the chaffles.

Accountability for yesterday

Fresh air/sunshine/exercise
Yes, yes yes (chiropractor and chores, helping Farmer)

Food
M1: protein shake coffee
M2: Beef hot dogs and purse bacon
M3: chicken thigh and pork belly, avocado and kraut and olives

Break is over. Wishing you all a wonderful day! 🫂🥰

Monday, June 28th

Happy Monday!! I hope you had an amazing weekend!! We are in our final days of June already, AND halfway through 2026 already!! 🤯 So instead of just reflecting back on June for the next couple of days, let's reflect on 2026 as a whole. I love short term goals, but sometimes it's good to remember how far we have come over a longer period of time.

So today, let's focus on the WINS of 2026! For me, I have been able to lose and maintain this lower weight, and I am still keeping my hormones functioning properly! 💪🏼 And I have also been able to keep consistent with walking and movement, which is the longest I have EVER been consistent with this.

What about you? What have been the best things to happen to you so far this year? What can we celebrate with you today?
