Friday, March 10th

Well yesterday was an emotional rollercoaster that's for sure. Had my eyebrows down then went straight to the airport to fly home from Houston. Sat their for about 5 hours while my flight kept getting delayed until it was finally canceled all together. Rebooked on a new flight today. I am very ready to he home and really missing my family! My plan for this weekend is lots and lots of family time and eating food from my own house!! (So thankful I am not traveling next week too).

How are you doing? What areas are you struggling in right now? How can we help?

I will definitely be going live this weekend...I think Sunday night might be fun to kick off the week together.

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Canceling The Livestream 😭

So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.

Happy Thursday! I had so much fun reading everybody's drink routines yesterday, thanks for sharing. It's just cool to see how everybody does things a little bit differently.

I am flying home this afternoon! 🙌🏼 It's been a great trip but very excited to get home and see the family. Shockingly I woke up extra early everyday this week and did a 2 mile walk/run before I got ready for work. This is definitely the most consistent I've ever been with exercise in my life and it's really cool to see my endurance improving and feel myself getting stronger. I want to start doing some weightlifting as well, that's the next layer I know I need.

If I can finally find an exercise routine I can stick to, then you can too! How are you moving for body today?

I wanted to share this video with the group because I found it pretty motivational. While I’m not a buff dude, the message was still pretty good and entertaining. These guys aren’t carnivore, they live the bodybuilding lifestyle, but are not on drugs like many others in the space.
I hate tracking my food. I hate the feeling of being tied to some app that I feel like is a tyrant ruling over my life, but the best results I ever have is when I’m tracking. 😅 So, my non negotiable this month was just to track and treat it like the helpful tool that it is.
