Happy Friday!! This has been such a long week...I am teaching a full day virtual training seminar today and then glad to have one day off before I fly out again Sunday. I am getting my eyebrows mircrobladed next week and just realized they will look kind of crazy for the first week so I probably better film a bunch of YouTube content Saturday or I might be in trouble! Haha
What are your plans for the weekend?
Also curious what everyone is eating today. I am a Christian and we attend church but I didn't grow up observing Lent and not eating meat on Fridays. Is that something you are doing? If so what are your plans on what to eat today?

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.

Good Morning Y'all!! Today is my first full week back on track. Lots of things have happened this week. Inflammation is going away. Thank you Jesus I have been delivered from sugar addiction. I have lost 7 pounds in 7 days. I believe it's water weight but I will take it. My knees have quit hurting again. My husband and I did a 2 mile hike saturday morning and 1 mile walk in our driveway this morning. So working on getting back to exercise. I'm eating less than 25 net carbs per day. I'm feeling great and motivated. Have a great day everyone. BLESSINGS!!
Good Afternoon Y'all!! I'm SO SORRY for saying on Laura's morning post what I'm baking for an event that I'm facilitating in this weekend. I didn't think about it being a food trigger. Please forgive me. I will try my best not to do that again. No I will not be eating any of them either. To be honest I got nauseated during the process of fixing them. BTW they are my favorites. But no more. Once again please forgive me.
