One of the things that is so hard about the Holidays is that so many traditions are centered around food. Those traditions can be very emotional for people to break ties with, yet trying to still participate in them can knock us off the wagon for a while.
We have worked hard over the last few years to create new Carnivore related food traditions, however, focusing on our favorite non-food related traditions can make things a lot easier. When I focus on the non-food related traditions it can make the holidays still feel really special without me feeling like I'm missing out on something.
What are your favorite Holiday traditions that have NOTHING to do with food?
Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.
Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Thinking about the year ahead can be overwhelming when it comes to goal setting. For some people, like me, short term goals can be much more motivating. Right now it's beast mode through the Meetup this Saturday. That said, I do still have long term goals for the year. Staying carnivore is just a given now as it's my life already so I have to dive a little deeper for me. I'd like to stay in the same weight range but lower my body fat a bit. Gain some muscle mass in short. Gym at least 4 times a week and beast mode at the same time is my recipe.
Steak video for interest. 🤪
Do you do better with short or long term goals?
So sorry guys, my 2 1/2 hour drive home from the cabin is turning into a 5+ hour drive home so I am not going to make it in time to Livestream tonight. I'll post the link for the Dr Berry Livestream for tomorrow when I know it. I'll catch up on posts here when I get home if you have any questions.
I was asked recently to do the Boundless Body Podcast. Below is the YouTube version or you can find it on your favorite podcast app if you're interested in listening. Doing this for so long, it's easy to forget how our anecdotal stories can make positive changes in other people's lives. It still seems surreal. I was a mess and I know many people are in that state today. Hearing how someone changed it all can really motivate them and give them a playbook for success.
What was your trigger to turn it all around and get healthy? What drove you to the carnivore or low carb world?
Good evening tribe.
I did it. I left my toxic job and I am now in a better place. Getting the hang of a bigger ED but happy. I have been loyal to the WOE but I'm not losing weight. I need to make some adjustments. Although I know that having less stress will help me reach my goals.
I hope you all had a wonderful time today. Good night.
Hi everyone. I'm still going very strong with my BBB&E. No complaints. This is a checking-in post, as I don't really have anything new to report or share. I'm very grateful for the many blessings (no matter how they come). I hope everyone is also doing well. Looking forward to reading your posts today. God BLess and stay the course.
