I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

We had a wonderful visit today! I had such amazing chats with everyone and some delicious food! I am so blessed by each one of you! It was so great to give hugs and see everyone in person.

We talked about doing another bigger event in January to celebrate World Carnivore Month. ❤️❤️

I don't typically love cooking with cast iron, despite the excellent results they can bring. It's messy and smells up the house. Add to that, the one we have is super old and not very good. We were recently gifted a really good one from Lancaster Cast Iron so today I decided to give it a try. We have a side burner on our Weber so I could do it outside. I sous vide a steak, then seared it in tallow on the new pan. Man it was incredible. What a difference it made from our old one. Super easy clean up too. Below is the pan, of course I forgot to take a picture of the steak haha.

Do you love using cast iron? What are some favorites you make in them?

Big Day!

Yesterday we surprised the kids and brought home a puppy!! They have been begging for one for years and we felt like the time was right to bring one home.

Meet Angus 🐕 He's a Golden Retriever/King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix. He's 11 weeks old and currently weighs about 8 pounds, he should be around 35 pounds fully grown. I know it will be an adjustment for a while as he gets potty trained etc but we are so excited. 😂 Wish us luck! 🤪

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Monday! I spent yesterday walking around Madrid, the weather was beautiful and I went to visit a lot of my favorite places. Had some issues sleeping with the jet lag but hopefully the rest of the week will be better. In the office today for the start of a week of great training sessions.

How was your weekend? Were you able to stick to your goals this weekend? What is your non-negotiable for this week? Don't be afraid to change the one you set for the month if you have been not able to stick to it.

So here's my stats for today y'all. Plus I drank 80 ounces of water today. I also did a 30 minute dance workout video with some friends from my church. So I picked myself up after my mishap today and said today I'm not a loser. One mishap doesn't define all the progress I have made. So here's to a better day tomorrow. BLESSINGS!!

Good Afternoon Y'all!! I messed up without even thinking about what I was doing. I wanted something crunchy and I just got out a bag of chips and started eating. So I didn't succeed today at no dairy. Next meal will be back on plan. I just need to figure out why I did that without any thought. Other than that I have had a great day.
