I have lost over 100 pounds on a Carnivore diet. I share my lifestyle and diet on IG and YouTube. I am looking to create a Locals community for my closest fans/supporters. I want them to be able to connect with each other and have access to exclusive content from me.

Happy Sunday!
The sun is shining but it's cold here. Deer rifle season started yesterday. It was warm/hot both Friday and Saturday.
The 3 younger grands were out yesterday while big brother had a basketball tournament. Pappo Farmer babysat in the morning and insisted I go to a craft fair with my Bestie. Bless that man! He knew I needed her.
I found a local dealer for tallow lotion and lip balm. I bought some for gifts. There was another dealer there with smoked salt but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked.

I took over the grand-watching in the afternoon and we had fun doing a craft, playing with the neighbor's dogs and playing outside.
I got my flower pots dumped and put away. I tweaked my back that was sore from all the stress, so I'm hobbling a bit today. Chiro this week.

Update: I told my current boss I was leaving. He was not 100% surprised. He said he knew I was stressed. I didn't cry and we left on good terms. We are like family to each other so I could give him a big hug and promises to keep praying for them. His wife will not be as nice.
I start my new job on Dec. 1. 2+2=4 and if it doesn't you figure out why it didn't. No herding technicians and changing schedules and irate customers. YAY!
The release of stress is amazing. I feel so much better.
I know there will be different stresses, as go with any job, but at least I don't have to fear about getting paid or the new company going under. It's very stable.

Cheese is good! I ate a block of chipotle oven baked cheese with lunch yesterday and it was divine. I love it, but know that it halts any progress I'm making, and will even trigger eating in excess to where I'll gain weight. It's sad but I have accepted it. If I eat it in small quantities with a meal, it's ok, but I really have to work to keep it in check.

What's your favorite cheese? How do you incorporate it? Do you see negative results when eating it?

Happy Sunday! Sharing a video today from our week, one of the highlights. This was Wednesday evening church, normally they have a more casual prayer meeting where someone plays the guitar, but they were doing some construction in the fellowship hall so they had their prayer meeting in the sanctuary. No one was there to play the piano so my my Grandma did it, she's been playing the piano in church for probably 80 years.

For context, she's 88, she had a really bad fall 5 years ago now and hit her head and ended up with a lot setbacks, similar to having a stroke. She has a lot of dementia like symptoms also (I am sure related to her Type 2 diabetes), she really can't read music anymore, and she has trouble seeing well, and she needs to wear hearing aids to hear but hates wearing them, so on this night she didn't want to wear them. My 93 (almost 94) year old grandpa takes care of both of them on their farm. Anyway, on this night she sat down on the piano and led worship as people called ...

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing well. I know some people in the group have had some recent tough news for themselves or family members. It really puts the day to day issues we face into perspective, and reminds me to just focus on doing the best I can to be as healthy as possible. To those who are having a hard time, we are all here for you and sending you some prayers and support. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Just focus today on doing the best you can and remember that food isn't going to bring you the comfort you are looking for.

Here is a little video of Penelopes performance from her piano recital l last night, she's been taking lessons for about a year and a half. 🎹🤍🖤

Happy Sunday, we got our inside decorations up yesterday, they convinced me to go to hobby lobby to grab a few things, which was obviously chaotic on a Saturday afternoon. We had a lot of fun but it was a long day. Today we are attending church and volunteering at a second service, after that we plan to just play games and watch a movie. Are you relaxing today or have a packed agenda?

Livestream tomorrow (Monday) for supporters here in Locals at 7pm EST. Excited to catch up with everyone!

Lunch with my family was a success today! I made two large crustless carnivore quiches (I could of totally made another one) and our guests brought a side salad for themselves. Delicious food and great conversation! As it should be.

Now, for my recipe as some of you asked for it. I just learned the difference between a quiche and a frittata today - go me! Haha! So, this recipe is more of a frittata (as it's more egg than cream), but it's cooked like a quiche (just in the oven). But whatever the appropriate lingo, this was a delicious egg dish. Haha!

Carnivore Quiche/Frittata Recipe

Ingredients:
~3/4 cup chopped meat of choice
2 oz shredded cheese of choice (to mix with filling)
6 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 oz shredded cheese of choice (to sprinkle on top)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease one 9-inch oven-safe pie dish.
Combine the chopped meat with the shredded cheese and place it at the bottom of the greased pie dish.
In a separate bowl, ...

Happy Saturday! We are halfway through the month, how are things going so far? It's okay if things aren't going perfect, it doesn't mean the month is a loss. This time of year it's important to just take every day one at a time.

My biggest advice to keep the wheels on the track this time of year is to keep things simple and focus on 3 things: food, movement, and sleep. They might not all 3 be perfect everyday, but just think of those 3 things like a check list for your day. Eat food that makes you feel best, move your body, and prioritize sleep. Which of those 3 is the hardest for you?
